MARK MCCOY
Illustration, Graphic Design

Whether surgically splicing trees internally & externally around a singular erotic pose or heavily detailing a busted, destroyed & isolated building, Mark McCoy’s hyper realist, partially pornographic, casually architectural illustrated montages wage a secret war in the face of his more publicly viewed graphic design work. McCoy is/was known by young people & record nerds as the vocalist of Charles Bronson & Das Oath, who’s records always look(ed) amazing: mixing the ambiance of John Heartfield, the leniency of xerox machines & the direct re-imagining of naked close ups, flying nuns & former action heroes.
